My batman arkham city save file has disappeared?

I got batman arkham city for xbox 360 on friday, played it friday and saturday and got about 25% of the way through the game, I go to play on it today, and all 4 save files are empty. I still have all the achievements, but no save file. And there's no removable hardrive, so it's not that. I'd also like to say that I'm not looking for advice on why to get a ps3 because 360's suck, I just want to know where my save file has gone, because it was definitely saved last time I checkedMy batman arkham city save file has disappeared?
The exact same thing happened to me. I played for like 4 hours yesterday, went to play today and it said there were no saved files. It sucks. I have it on 360 too. Someone help.My batman arkham city save file has disappeared?
Exact same thing happened to me. Just over 20% complete as of last night... this morning (Oct 23, 2011), everything is gone. The only Batman files in my system is the Catwoman DLC.My batman arkham city save file has disappeared?
There must be a programming glitch with the game. This happened to me today and I have since learned that the problem is on both Playstation and Xbox.
Check your system settings then memory, look for batman and click it, it should have all your save files, if its not their, than it must have been a terrible glitch and there's not much you can do about it. If they are there, try reloading the game or taking off and then re-inserting the hard drive. Do you have another memory card? copy the files onto their and try playing it from the card then save back on your hard drive. If none of that works than try calling xbox and see what they say.

IF none of that works, try getting the files off a friend who is around your position in the game, you don't need a special memory card, you just need to insert any old flash drive between 2-16GB into your xbox, and format it, you can do that from your xbox and it can be re-formatted back to using it for normal files on a computer
